Overview
As a member of the Manufacturing team on the 0545-1400 shift (39.25 hours/week), Monday to Friday, you will operate in a high-pressure, fast-moving manufacturing environment. You will use KPIs to manage process performance and staffing, apply lean tools and waste reduction techniques, and collaborate with the current manufacturing team while remaining flexible to move between departments to support other areas of the business and embrace change management.
Responsibilities
- Health and Safety of all persons reporting to or in the area at any time
- NRFT/QRQC, reporting and identifying root causes of defects, and introducing/maintaining measures to prevent re-occurrence
- Daily output from the process, reporting and investigating the reasons for missed targets
- Process audits and process adherence
- Lean/Daily Management
- Other duties from time to time as required
Qualifications
- Ability to follow processes, especially health and safety
- Ability to see and find solutions to problems in the area
- Willingness to work flexibly
- Ability to read drawings
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Good communication skills
- Attention to good housekeeping
- Previous supervisory experience
