Role Summary
The Managing Director sets the strategic direction and drives growth and performance of Napier Turbochargers. The role requires credible engagement in technical discussions and setting clear strategic direction in consultation with subject‑matter experts, balancing commercial and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the company's strategy in alignment with long‑term ambitions and near‑term priorities.
- Ensure efficient, scalable and profitable operations across the business.
- Provide clear direction to senior management, ensuring alignment, accountability and effective decision‑making.
