As the Commercial Director of an industrial turbocharger business, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and overall commercial strategy.

You will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing business relationships and maximizing profitable revenue generation opportunities in the industrial turbocharger market.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing the sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets and increase market penetration.
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to maximise performance and deliver results.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including expanding product offerings with existing customers.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the industrial turbocharger market, related technologies, customer requirements, and industry dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop, motivate, and inspire high‑performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proven strategic thinking and experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies.
