We’re an employee‑owned agency made up of specialist hubs including Automotive & Transport, Building & Construction, and Leisure & Lifestyle. Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Account Executive to join our Automotive Team. Someone curious, organised and eager to learn, who’s excited to work on one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the industry and ready to build a strong foundation in agency life.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll support the Marketing Account Manager with the end‑to‑end delivery of business as usual projects and ad hoc campaigns, keeping work on track, on time and to brief.
- You’ll support the creative process from brief to final delivery, carrying out proofing, sense checks and coordination across teams.
- You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager to plan work into the creative and digital teams, ensuring deadlines and campaign timings are met.
- You’ll monitor campaign performance against KPIs, contributing to monthly reporting and insight summaries alongside our Data Analyst.
- You’ll also keep an eye on competitor activity, maintain project trackers and status documents, and attend client meetings with senior team members – building confidence in client conversations as you go.
What You Bring
- You’re confident, articulate and comfortable contributing in meetings and client calls.
- You’re curious, collaborative and enjoy supporting multiple projects through to completion.
- You’re process‑driven, organised and detail‑focused, with the ability to work to deadlines and think on your feet when plans shift.
- You take ownership of your tasks and enjoy being part of a fast‑paced team environment.
- You have a genuine interest in marketing and communications and are keen to learn, develop and progress.
- Whether you’re a recent graduate starting your career or an Account Executive looking for a fresh challenge, you’re motivated to grow and get stuck in.
Why You’ll Love It Here
Because here, you don’t just clock in. You own it. Literally. We’re employee‑owned, so when we grow, you grow. You’ll learn continuously through our YDF development programme, with 70+ hours of training, funded qualifications, immersive client experiences, annual agency conferences, and support from industry specialists. Add to that our collaboration space, Sutton location with excellent transport links, and regular socials – and you’ll find a place where progress feels personal.
