This role will involve running a safe working environment by implementing & upholding robust safety protocols, managing & guiding a team of tech crew, ensuring they perform to high standards, overseeing daily workshops, ensuring all duties are carried out in a timely manner in line with company standards, working closely with other internal teams to enhance reliability & provide insights on reoccurring issues, constantly managing stock levels, and supplier relationships to ensure the availability of components needed.
