In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, freeholders, and leaseholders, managing a portfolio of residential and potentially mixed-use properties. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of property management services while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
Your role will ensure full compliance with company policies and all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. You may also have the opportunity to mentor an Assistant Property Manager, supporting their professional development and progression.
Responsibilities
- Property Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage service charge budgets and client accounts
- Insurance Management: Oversee buildings and Directors & Officers insurance
- Meetings: Organise and attend AGMs, EGMs, Directors' and Residents' meetings
- Administration: Manage correspondence and general administrative duties
- Lease Compliance: Identify and address breaches of lease conditions
- Contractor Management: Appoint, instruct, and oversee contractors
- Property Sales: Manage licence to assign and lease assignments
- Complaints Handling: Investigate, manage, and resolve issues effectively
