Are you an experienced Block Property Manager looking for a role where you can take ownership of your portfolio, build strong client relationships, and genuinely make an impact?
We're looking for a proactive and organised Leasehold Block Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments across Liverpool and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and supportive team that values professionalism, customer service, and continuous improvement.
No two days are the same in this role. You'll be out on-site, working closely with residents, directors, leaseholders, contractors, and clients to ensure developments are maintained to the highest standards and run smoothly from both an operational and financial perspective.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments
- Carrying out regular site inspections and producing detailed reports
- Overseeing service charge budgets, financial reporting, and expenditure
- Arranging and managing building insurance and Directors' & Officers' insurance
- Organising and attending AGMs, EGMs and resident meetings
- Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, directors and residents
- Managing contractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Monitoring lease compliance and resolving issues where necessary
- Supporting with lease assignments and property sales enquiries
- Handling complaints professionally and finding practical solutions
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing residential block or leasehold properties
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of leasehold management and service charges
