Looking for an exciting role in property management?

My client is looking for a Tenant Services Manager, a pivotal role dealing with the day-to-day property management of residential tenanted portfolios. You'll liaise with Client Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors, ensuring our service level agreements and industry best practices are met.

This role spans private property management, corporate private rental management, and social housing. Delivering excellent customer service to all parties is your top priority!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct essential works and compliance testing to meet legislative certification requirements
  • Arrange repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments
  • Monitor contractors and on-site works
  • Conduct internal mid-term inspections as required
  • Ensure properties meet compliance and Health & Safety standards
  • Record and report all compliance and maintenance issues
  • Work within budget constraints
  • Monitor lettings performance and void ratios
  • Record and report all financial matters

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in residential property management
  • Experience in dealing with social housing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Driving licence

Desirable:

  • ARLA, NFOPP, or other relevant industry qualifications
  • Previous experience with FIXLO, MRI, DATASTATION, or other property management systems
