We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership within a dynamic and fast‐paced environment. The Role

  • As a trusted partner to executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the executive office.
  • You will be responsible for managing priorities, coordinating key activities, and acting as a central point of communication both internally and externally.
  • Obtaining, organising, and preparing information for conferences, presentations, speeches, and reports.
  • Editing, proof‐reading, formatting, and producing high‐quality documentation and presentations.
  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating international travel arrangements.
  • Handling confidential business and personnel information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Managing executive communications, screening calls, and coordinating interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing administrative support including form completion, document management, and data entry.

About You

  • We are looking for an experienced professional with strong organisational and communication skills, who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Secretary to CEO level.
