Overview
Strategy & Planning Admin Assistant - Maternity Cover Contract • Up to £20 per hour (umbrella rate) • Solihull
Responsibilities
- Set up and monitor projects in SAP, acting as first-line approver for project orders
- Track project spend against budgets, providing accurate forecasts and updates
- Monitor shopping carts and ensure spend is appropriate, timely, and well-documented
- Support CAPEX processes and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Prepare data, insights, and updates to support leadership discussions
- Attend SIC and MIC meetings, capturing actions, decisions, and minutes
- Organise strategic planning meetings and track follow-up actions
