Overview

Strategy & Planning Admin Assistant - Maternity Cover Contract • Up to £20 per hour (umbrella rate) • Solihull

Responsibilities

  • Set up and monitor projects in SAP, acting as first-line approver for project orders
  • Track project spend against budgets, providing accurate forecasts and updates
  • Monitor shopping carts and ensure spend is appropriate, timely, and well-documented
  • Support CAPEX processes and ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Prepare data, insights, and updates to support leadership discussions
  • Attend SIC and MIC meetings, capturing actions, decisions, and minutes
  • Organise strategic planning meetings and track follow-up actions
