We are seeking a motivated Secretary to provide high-quality support to senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives on organisation, attention to detail and delivering exceptional administrative support.
Working closely with senior executives, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings, appointments and events
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation bookings
- Preparing, editing and formatting presentations, reports, correspondence and business documentation
- Conducting research and gathering information for meetings, conferences, speeches and executive reports
- Handling confidential business and personnel information with discretion and professionalism
- Screening calls, managing correspondence and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Taking accurate messages and ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Supporting document production, proofreading, data entry and administrative processes
- Assisting with meeting preparation, agenda creation and coordination of materials
- Providing general administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the executive office
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented professional who possesses:
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Executive Secretary position
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High levels of professionalism and confidentiality
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
