We're seeking a proactive and people-focused Employee Relations Advisor to support absence management across a busy manufacturing environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build their Employee Relations experience, with full training and development provided.

📃 Key responsibilities include: Supporting short and long-term absence cases, helping improve attendance and employee well-being.

Managing restricted worker cases and coordinating appropriate support measures.

Identifying opportunities for early intervention and facilitating successful return-to-work plans.

Working closely with Occupational Health and key stakeholders to support employees and reduce absence levels.

Assisting with absence management training and promoting best practice across the business.

Supporting absence reporting and data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Building strong relationships with managers, HR colleagues, Trade Union representatives and other stakeholders.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Employee Relations team.🫵🏽 About You

Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.
