Overview Senior/Lead Electronic Design Engineer A Senior/Lead Hardware Design Engineer is sought for a company with a global presence and leadership in its industry. The company are specialists with millions of customers worldwide. Very flexible working and 1 day per week on site. As their Senior/Lead Hardware Design Engineer you will be responsible for the hardware of the next generation of their products and will lead the design, implementing your ideas and influencing how the product should be developed. You will work on digital design and have an appreciation of firmware. Responsibilities Excellent experience in Electronic Design Digital design Analogue circuit design Design for EMC Debugging/Faultfinding Exposure to low-cost design in medium to high-volume electronics manufacturing Firmware Microprocessors (e.g., ARM Cortex) PCB layout Qualifications / Skills Essential: strong electronic design expertise across digital, analogue, EMC, debugging and fault finding Experience with firmware and microprocessors (ARM Cortex) PCB layout capabilities Ability to contribute to low-cost design for high-volume production Desirable Skills Wireless, IoT devices Do not worry if you don\\\’t have every skill listed; the company is interested in passionate engineers.
