My client is looking for a motivated & personable Business Growth / Contract Manager to join their growing team. This is a hybrid, client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in driving growth across both planned & reactive mechanical & electrical services.
You’ll be the go-to contact for both new & existing clients – understanding their needs, scoping technical works, preparing clear & accurate quotes, & turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying & developing new business opportunities across FM, commercial, & industrial sectors
- Building strong, lasting relationships with existing clients & acting as their trusted hard FM advisor
- Scoping, costing, & quoting a wide range of M&E & building services works
- Winning & managing orders for PPM contracts, reactive works, & project upgrades
- Spotting opportunities to up-sell services such as PPM contracts, asset life-cycle planning & multi-site support
- Pricing & proposing project works, including:
- Boiler & heating replacements
- Chiller & AHU upgrades
- HVAC improvements
- LED lighting upgrades
- Solar / PV installations
- Energy efficiency & sustainability projects
You’re a confident, friendly communicator with a strong commercial mindset & a solid understanding of hard FM services. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems & spotting opportunities to add value for clients.
