Looking for a property management role with variety, autonomy and genuine career progression? We're recruiting for an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse residential property portfolio across Ealing and Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and growing property team, managing a mix of private residential lettings, corporate rental properties and social housing. You'll have responsibility for your own portfolio and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to landlords, tenants and clients.

The Role
As Portfolio Manager, you'll take ownership of a residential portfolio, ensuring properties remain compliant, well-maintained and financially successful. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant relationships
- Arranging repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works
- Instructing compliance inspections and certification requirements
- Monitoring contractor performance and on-site works
- Carrying out property inspections
- Ensuring properties meet all Health & Safety and legislative requirements
- Managing maintenance budgets and expenditure
- Monitoring occupancy levels and void performance
- Recording and reporting financial, compliance and maintenance matters
- Delivering a first-class customer experience to clients and residents
What We're Looking For...
- Previous residential property management experience
- Experience working within social housing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
Desirable
- ARLA, NFoPP or other industry qualifications
- Experience using property management systems such as Qube, MRI, Evolution or similar
