Looking for a property management role with variety, autonomy and genuine career progression? We're recruiting for an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse residential property portfolio across Ealing and Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and growing property team, managing a mix of private residential lettings, corporate rental properties and social housing. You'll have responsibility for your own portfolio and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to landlords, tenants and clients.

The Role

As Portfolio Manager, you'll take ownership of a residential portfolio, ensuring properties remain compliant, well-maintained and financially successful. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant relationships
  • Arranging repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works
  • Instructing compliance inspections and certification requirements
  • Monitoring contractor performance and on-site works
  • Carrying out property inspections
  • Ensuring properties meet all Health & Safety and legislative requirements
  • Managing maintenance budgets and expenditure
  • Monitoring occupancy levels and void performance
  • Recording and reporting financial, compliance and maintenance matters
  • Delivering a first-class customer experience to clients and residents

What We're Looking For...

  • Previous residential property management experience
  • Experience working within social housing
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills

Desirable

  • ARLA, NFoPP or other industry qualifications
  • Experience using property management systems such as Qube, MRI, Evolution or similar
