We're looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management and contract delivery within a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver strategic category plans.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities and complex supplier negotiations.
Drive cost savings and value through effective procurement strategies.
Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews and contract governance.
Oversee contract changes, dispute resolution and compliance activities.
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver commercial objectives.

You
Proven experience in procurement, category management or strategic sourcing.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Experience managing contracts and supplier relationships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Results-driven, proactive and able to thrive in a demanding environment.
Automotive procurement, capital equipment sourcing and relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
