Are you a driven, people-focused sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing high-value business? My client is looking for ambitious Private Client Directors to play a key role in expanding their growing client base.

In this role, you will engage with high-net-worth prospects through warm, qualified leads - no cold calling grind. You will take the time to understand each client's financial goals, build genuine relationships, and arrange face-to-face meetings where you can showcase your expertise and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

This is a highly entrepreneurial, sales-led position where your success is defined by your ability to build trust, influence decisions, and confidently close business in person. A dedicated portfolio management and client service team will handle onboarding and ongoing client care, giving you the freedom to focus on what you do best: developing relationships and winning new business. You will work closely with the Managing Director and be instrumental in driving the firm's continued growth.

What we are looking for:

  • A strong track record of personal sales success with stock market investors
  • RDR Level 4 qualification
  • At least 5 years' experience working with high-net-worth individuals
  • Proven ability to win and close new investor business
  • A driven, target-focused mindset with a hunger to succeed
