Looking for your next challenge in the construction sector? We're on the hunt for a skilled professional to join our client's team and provide top-notch technical support. Your role will be essential from the initial enquiry all the way to post-handover to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review enquiries/tenders and assist in developing solutions.
- Collaborate with partners on designs and equipment selections.
- Attend site visits for surveys and client meetings.
- Evaluate technical aspects of the supply chain.
- Return PQQs and create comprehensive documents.
- Attend meetings to build client confidence.
Requirements:
- Relevant building services degree.
- Previous experience in the construction sector.
- Strong IT skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mechanical HVAC industry (plus if you have electrical systems knowledge).
Pre-Contract Involvement:
- Prepare M&E tender / bid documents.
- Conduct technical reviews and identify risks.
- Attend site visits and client interviews.
Post-Contract Duties:
- Finalise MEP scope and detailed design / equipment selections having regard to cost and selection of supply chain partners.
- Attend client meetings and monitor project progress.
- Handle commissioning and client training.
