We're looking for a people-focused HR Consultant to join a busy and supportive HR Contact Centre team, providing first-line HR support to employees and managers across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR advisory experience who enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering a great employee experience in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries via email, portal, virtual chat and outbound calls
- Supporting employees and managers with HR policies and processes including absence, performance, recruitment and employee relations
- Building strong relationships and delivering clear, empathetic and practical advice
- Working closely with wider HR teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

- Previous experience in an HR advisory or employee support role
