Are you an experienced & driven Property Manager ready for your next challenge? We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee a portfolio of residential (& potentially mixed-use) properties in & around the Essex area. In this key role, you will be the main point of contact for Clients, Freeholders, & Leaseholders - delivering outstanding management services while ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation & regulations.

What you will be doing:

  • Property Inspections & Maintenance: conducting inspections & preparing reports
  • Financial Management: handling budgets & client accounts
  • Insurance: managing building, Directors, & Officers insurance
  • Meetings: organising EGMs, AGMs, Directors' & Residents' meetings
  • Administration: managing correspondence & admin duties
  • Lease Compliance: addressing breaches of the lease
  • Contractor Management: coordinating with contractors
  • Property Sales: managing the assignment of leases
