The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Looking for 6 Field ATM Engineers to help with a backlog of work in London. You will need to live in one of the following postcodes: W, NW, SW, SE, CR, DA, BR. You will have your own transport. This is flex work covering 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week. You will be advised of scheduling up to 1 month in advance; therefore, you need to be flexible. We are looking to build a team.
Responsibilities:
- FLM Fixes (remedial actions to bring an ATM back online and in service). FLM Fixes may include, but are not limited to, removal of cash or media jams (e.g., receipt jams), removal of card jams, removal of debris/dirt within ATM transport systems and on and around sensors, belts, and mechanical parts such as gears.
- ATMs may need to be re-booted/reset. After each FLM Fix, the ATM must be tested and evidence of at least one ATM cash transaction confirmed.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer service
- ATM experience or transferable skills (Service engineer, IT support etc.) OR willingness to learn
- Will consider people who have the aptitude to learn new things and have some electronic or mechanical knowledge
- Looking for ASAP start; you will have to pass security clearance including DBS and Credit Check
- Must have your own car and driving licence
Pay and Availability:
- You will get an hourly rate of £16.02 rising to £16.70 in April and then £10 per callout.
- On average you will do 4 to 7 callouts in an 8.5‑hour shift, sometimes up to 10, plus mileage and other expenses.
