What You'll Be Doing:

As a Fleet Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from order to handover, ensuring a seamless experience throughout. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating vehicle orders and supporting Fleet Managers with daily operations
  • Managing the sales process from initial order through to successful vehicle delivery
  • Keeping customers informed with regular updates throughout the build and delivery process
  • Maintaining accurate customer, vehicle, and compliance records
  • Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery
  • Managing and updating CRM and internal systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Responding to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting colleagues during busy periods to deliver outstanding customer service
