- Coaching & Performance Development: Be the leader your team can rely on. Deliver engaging sales coaching, structured 1:1s, and real-time feedback to help advisors consistently exceed targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Driving Revenue Growth: Take ownership of monthly income performance. Lead from the front to ensure new policy sales and existing opportunities convert into consistent, sustainable revenue.
- Customer Excellence: Champion high standards of advice and service. Ensure every interaction delivers great customer outcomes and reflects our commitment to quality.
