Looking for a role where organisation, technology and teamwork come together? We're on the hunt for a proactive Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced automotive team. If you're someone who loves keeping things organised, enjoys working with systems and data, and takes pride in getting the details right, this could be the perfect fit.

You'll play a key role behind the scenes, helping the sales team deliver a smooth and seamless customer journey from enquiry through to handover.

What you'll be doing:
  • Keeping customer and vehicle records accurate across multiple systems
  • Supporting vehicle administration across a range of exciting automotive brands
  • Auditing and maintaining digital vehicle files to ensure everything is complete and compliant
  • Assisting with vehicle registrations, taxation and invoicing during busy periods
  • Supporting manufacturer app activations and digital engagement initiatives
  • Updating CRM and dealer management systems with customer, vehicle and finance information
  • Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries to the right people
  • Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Accounts and Operations
  • Supporting compliance requirements and internal audits
  • Helping deliver an outstanding experience for customers every step of the way
What we're looking for:
  • Previous administration experience in a busy environment
  • Great attention to detail and a genuine passion for accuracy
  • Confidence using multiple systems and databases
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
