Are you an organised automotive professional who thrives on managing the detail while keeping customers informed every step of the way? I'm looking for a proactive Fleet Sales Coordinator to join a growing team, supporting the delivery of light commercial vehicles from order through to handover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor industry experience who is ready to take on a more autonomous role with genuine opportunities for progression.

Working closely with the Fleet Managers, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are delivered efficiently, customer expectations are exceeded, and manufacturer standards are maintained.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting Fleet Managers with the day-to-day management of vehicle orders
  • Taking ownership of the sales process from order placement through to vehicle delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant customer and vehicle records
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers
  • Monitoring vehicle progress and coordinating updates throughout the build and delivery process
  • Supporting CRM and internal systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting the wider team during busy periods to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Helping the business achieve performance targets and manufacturer standards

What do you need:

  • Previous motor industry experience, ideally within van sales, fleet, commercial vehicles or vehicle administration
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
