I'm looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join my clients Sales Administration team. You'll play a key role in helping customers throughout their order journey, ensuring they receive an outstanding level of service from initial enquiry through to delivery.
What you'll be doingAs the main point of contact for many customers, you'll:
- Guide customers through the order process from enquiry to completion.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
- Prepare quotations and provide product information using the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries and keep customers informed every step of the way.
