We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Role

As a trusted partner to executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office. You will be responsible for managing priorities, coordinating key activities, and acting as a central point of communication both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining, organising, and preparing information for conferences, presentations, speeches, and reports
  • Editing, proof-reading, formatting, and producing high-quality documentation and presentations
  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating international travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential business and personnel information with discretion and professionalism
  • Managing executive communications, screening calls, and coordinating interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support including form completion, document management, and data entry

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong organisational and communication skills, who can work independently with minimal supervision. You will ideally demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Secretary to CEO level
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capability
  • Strong written communication and document production skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, discretion, and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
