Are you an experienced & driven Property Manager ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a dedicated professional to oversee a portfolio of residential (& potentially mixed-use) properties in & around the Essex area.
In this key role, you'll be the main point of contact for Clients, Freeholders, & Leaseholders - delivering outstanding management services while ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation & regulations.
What you'll be doing:
- Property Inspections & Maintenance: conducting inspections & preparing reports
- Financial Management: handling budgets & client accounts
- Insurance: managing building, Directors, & Officers insurance
- Meetings: organising EGMs, AGMs, Directors' & Residents' meetings
- Administration: managing correspondence & admin duties
- Lease Compliance: addressing breaches of the lease
- Contractor Management: coordinating with contractors
- Property Sales: managing the assignment of leases
