Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong background in HVAC systems? Looking to join a growing, forward-thinking M&E contractor where your expertise will be valued and rewarded?
We\βre currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join this client\βs dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial and industrial projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for HVAC-related projects.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Work closely with the pre-construction and project management teams.
- Provide value engineering solutions and cost-saving recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and client proposals.
What We\βre Looking For
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, ideally within the HVAC/M&E sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems relating to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations.
- Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Trimble, Amtech, or similar).
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
