I m seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a busy and collaborative HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role where they can make a real impact across the business.

You ll be a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical and commercially focused HR guidance, while supporting a wide range of employee relations matters from start to finish.

You ll also play an important role in mentoring and developing a junior HR colleague, helping to build capability and confidence across the team.

The Role As Senior HR Advisor, you ll work closely with managers and stakeholders across multiple locations, supporting day-to-day HR operations and driving best practice throughout the employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters.

Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employment law and HR best practice.

Support and mentor a junior HR team member with casework, processes and development.
