Are you an organised automotive professional who thrives on managing the detail while keeping customers informed every step of the way? I m looking for a proactive Fleet Sales Coordinator to join a growing team, supporting the delivery of light commercial vehicles from order through to handover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor industry experience who is ready to take on a more autonomous role with genuine opportunities for progression.
Working closely with the Fleet Managers, you ll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are delivered efficiently, customer expectations are exceeded, and manufacturer standards are maintained.
Duties will include:
- Supporting Fleet Managers with the day-to-day management of vehicle orders
- Taking ownership of the sales process from order placement through to vehicle delivery
- Maintaining accurate and compliant customer and vehicle records
- Managing relationships with external suppliers
- Monitoring vehicle progress and coordinating updates throughout the build and delivery process
