I’m looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join my clients Sales Administration team. You’ll play a key role in helping customers throughout their order journey, ensuring they receive an outstanding level of service from initial enquiry through to delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Guide customers through the order process from enquiry to completion.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
- Prepare quotations and provide product information using the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries and keep customers informed every step of the way.
