This is a hands-on role where you will take the lead on day-to-day marketing activity across the whole business, helping to bring the company's offerings, events and brand to life. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that boost sales, grow our audience and create memorable experiences.
What you will be doing:
- Delivering marketing strategies that drive sales across all revenue streams
- Creating engaging content (yes, including video!) for social media, email and the website
- Growing and nurturing the opted-in customer database
- Gathering customer feedback and using insights to improve brand perception and customer experience
- Keeping the website and social channels fresh, accurate and optimised
- Working closely with teams across the business to deliver campaigns to a high standard
- Capturing exciting, real-time content at local events for social media
