We’re seeking a Retail Data Analyst to join a global Business Performance Intelligence team within Customer Care. You’ll work with data from retailers worldwide, turning complex datasets into actionable insight that drives revenue growth and improves customer satisfaction.
The Role
- Generate meaningful insights from multi-source retail data
- Analyse retailer and market performance trends
- Own and develop customer retention analytics
- Create clear, compelling dashboards and reports (Tableau)
- Support intelligence product development and enhancements
- Partner with commercial, digital, finance and data teams globally
The Person
- Strong analytics and insight storytelling skills
- Advanced Tableau and data visualisation experience
- Confident stakeholder and project management capability
- Experience working across technical and business teams
- Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Anaplan or predictive analytics is a plus
