The predicted salary is between 23 - 23 Β£ per hour.

We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our clients team. You'll play a key role in delivering an efficient HR service by supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring our HR systems and records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee lifecycle changes, including new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, and contract amendments.
  • Prepare and issue contracts, offer letters, onboarding, and offboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate the offboarding process, including system access removal, equipment returns, and employee file management.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including SuccessFactors.
  • Update organisational structures, job titles, reporting lines, and position data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance for payroll, audit, and reporting purposes.
  • Produce routine HR reports and support system testing and improvements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with HR systems.
  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with HR data (desirable).
