I am looking for an experienced Contracts / Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from the first enquiry right through to handover and final account. If you are someone who likes seeing things through properly, enjoys juggling multiple sites, and knows Hard FM inside out, this could be right up your street.
What you will be doing...
- Taking full responsibility for your contracts, from point of sale to final account close
- Surveying works, scoping solutions, selecting equipment, costing and producing quotes
- Managing projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
