Compliance Specialist 27 - 28 per hour (Umbrella Company Rate) Coventry We are looking for a Compliance Consultant to join our established team, reporting to the Process Delivery Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in data protection, compliance or HR operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation and collaboration are essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by managing end-to-end Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), Pre-Action Protocol (PAP) requests and other information requests from employees and external organisations.

As these requests are subject to statutory deadlines, you ll play a critical role in ensuring they are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end process for Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), PAPs and other information requests.

Ensure all requests are completed within statutory timescales and in line with GDPR requirements.

Analyse employee data and produce reports to support compliance activities.

Assess risks and make informed decisions to ensure legal obligations are met.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to resolve queries and gather information.
