Strategic and highly capable Chief of Staff required to support the executive leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth.

About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership, acting as a force multiplier across the organisation. You will be central to strategic operations – ensuring alignment across teams, enhancing executive productivity, and leading critical business initiatives.

We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience in HR leadership, board governance, and investor relations. You\’ll be the connective tissue between the C-suite and key stakeholders, helping shape and deliver company-wide priorities with both precision and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and streamline operations.

Lead on HR strategy, including talent development, organisational design, culture, and compliance.

Own board governance processes – prepare board packs, minutes, and ensure effective communication and follow-up on actions.

Manage and cultivate investor relationships, including preparation of investor updates, fund-raising decks, and due diligence support.

Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for the executive team.

Lead and support high-priority cross-functional projects as required.

Monitor and report on key business metrics and strategic goals.

What They\’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or similar senior strategic role.

Strong background in HR leadership, with hands-on experience in developing and scaling people processes.

Demonstrated experience working with boards and governance structures in high-growth or regulated environments.

Proven ability to manage investor relations, including fundraising communications and investor reporting.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Strong business acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
