Electronics & RF Engineer to support an advanced RF IC design team on a long term contract basis, inside IR35. The role focuses primarily on RF laboratory operation and RF measurement activities, while also supporting RF IC design, verification, and silicon evaluation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organise RF laboratory equipment and facilities
  • Support RF measurements and lab-based testing activities
  • Build and maintain RF measurement test setups
  • Perform RF PCB design, debugging, and rework (down to SMD 0402)
  • Support mixed-signal pre-silicon simulations, silicon evaluation, and product engineering activities

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Relevant industry experience in RF or analogue semiconductor environments (e.g., cellular RF or satellite)
  • Strong experience with RF test equipment, measurement techniques, and uncertainty management
  • Strong practical lab skills with a solid understanding of electronic circuits and systems
