Im looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Property Manager to join my clients growing team.

As the main point of contact for clients, freeholders, leaseholders, and residents, you'll manage a portfolio of residential (and potentially mixed-use) properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing Your Portfolio - Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and mixed-use developments.

Property Inspections - Carry out regular site inspections, identify maintenance requirements, and prepare detailed reports.

Financial Management - Prepare and manage service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and oversee client accounts.

Insurance Administration - Arrange and manage Buildings and Directors' & Officers' insurance policies.

Meetings & Client Engagement - Organise and attend AGMs, EGMs, Directors' meetings, and Residents' meetings, building positive relationships with stakeholders.

Lease Compliance - Monitor compliance with lease terms and manage breaches professionally and effectively.

Contractor Management - Appoint, instruct, and oversee contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard.

Property Sales & Assignments - Manage licence to assign applications and lease assignments.

Problem Solving - Investigate, manage, and resolve complaints promptly, delivering excellent customer service throughout.

General Administration - Maintain accurate records and manage correspondence efficiently.
