This is a hands-on senior role focused on mechanical design, FEA, product development, drawing control & technical leadership across a range of specialist fabricated & hydraulic products used in demanding environments.

We're seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and design team, developing specialist fabricated & hydraulic products used in demanding environments. Working closely with manufacturing, quality, & suppliers, you'll drive product development, oversee mechanical design & FEA activities, & lead continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring & developing your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & develop the engineering/design team
  • Drive mechanical design, product development, & FEA analysis
  • Oversee SolidWorks models, drawings, BOMs, & engineering change control
  • Support production, quality, & supplier technical requirements
  • Improve existing products & develop innovative new solutions
