Ready to take your property management career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced and proactive Leasehold Block Property Manager to join a growing and successful property management team covering South London (mainly from Croydon to Caterham).

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, freeholders, leaseholders, and contractors. You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring all properties are managed efficiently, professionally, and in full compliance with current legislation.

The Role

As a Leasehold Block Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments
  • Conducting regular property inspections and producing detailed reports
  • Coordinating maintenance programmes and overseeing repair works
  • Managing service charge budgets and client accounts
  • Arranging and administering building, Directors' and Officers' insurance policies
  • Organising and attending AGMs, EGMs, Directors' meetings and Residents' meetings
  • Managing all property-related correspondence and administration
  • Monitoring lease compliance and addressing breaches where necessary
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaseholders, freeholders and clients
  • Liaising with contractors and monitoring service delivery standards
  • Managing lease assignments and supporting property sales processes
  • Investigating, handling and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner
About You

We're looking for a confident and organised property professional who can build strong relationships whilst effectively managing a busy portfolio. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience within Block or Leasehold Property Management
  • Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and property management best practice
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing budgets and service charge accounts
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your portfolio
