I am on the lookout for a dedicated Block Property Manager in Birmingham!

In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for Clients, Freeholders, and Leaseholders across a portfolio of residential and possibly mixed-use buildings.

Your mission? To deliver exceptional management services and foster a customer-focused environment. This means ensuring compliance with policies, and meeting all legislative and regulatory requirements.

You might even have an Assistant Property Manager to mentor, helping them grow their skills for future advancement!

  • Property Inspections and Maintenance: conducting inspections and preparing reports
  • Financial Management: handling budgets and client accounts
  • Insurance: managing building, Directors, and Officers insurance
  • Meetings: organising EGMs, AGMs, Directors' and Residents' meetings
  • Administration: managing correspondence and admin duties
  • Lease Compliance: addressing breaches of the lease
  • Contractor Management: coordinating with contractors
  • Property Sales: managing the assignment of leases
  • Complaints: handling and resolving issues
