My client is looking for talented individuals to join their team as Wealth Management Directors – professionals who thrive in building relationships with high-net-worth investors and delivering world-class service. As a Wealth Management Director, you’ll engage with qualified high-net-worth leads provided to you, conducting warm initial calls and in-person meetings to develop new client relationships. Your goal: to bring new clients and assets to the firm. You’ll have the freedom to focus solely on selling – with dedicated portfolio management and client service teams supporting you through the onboarding and relationship management process.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven sales success with measurable results selling investment or wealth management solutions
- RDR Level 4 qualification / CISI Level 4 qualification (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals
- A track record of closing new investor business and exceeding goals
- A results-driven mindset, viewing success through performance and achievement
- A strategic risk-taker who embraces both wins and challenges
- Exceptional closing ability with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
