WA Consultants are urgently searching for an HR Change Lead to assist our client with a complex HR restructure programme. You will need in depth hands on experience leading large scale HR programmes and organisational redesigns. With excellent senior level HR leadership background you will work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver the new HR operating model. This role is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite in Exeter.
