WorkDay Recruitment Reporting Role required by one of our clients. This role will begin with partnering closely with the client Recruitment teams to understand international hiring practices and how related data flows into Workday. You will then work with key stakeholders to design strategic and operational dashboards within Workday, with occasional outputs feeding into Power BI.
Strong Workday reporting experience is essential; Power BI exposure is a bonus. Over time, the role will broaden to supporting the wider reporting suite and contributing to generalist analytics across the full colleague lifecycle.
