We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a global payroll solution within a complex, international professional services environment. The role requires an experienced and mature PM to take ownership from initiation through to successful delivery. The role will involve building the programme from the ground up and driving it through all phases including discovery, design, implementation, testing and go-live.
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous global Professional Services experience is critical
- Previous WorkDay Project Manager experience required
- Experience of leading the successful implementation of payroll and knowledge of how payroll integrates with HR systems is essential in a professional services context
- Will be required to work with payroll vendors and lead one or more RFP processes
- The role requires a PM with a lot of experience and maturity to take the project and build and manage it through from the ground up to successful implementation
- The successful candidate will bring PM tools and rigor, alongside an ability to manage a highly complex project from current state audit through design, test, launch and maintenance
- Ability to build and manage a detailed project plan including Risk registers and budget management, with regular project updates to ensure all stakeholders and communities are kept up to date and informed
- Ability to manage a range of stakeholders across borders – establishing and managing SteerCo’s with the Global Head of Technology & Services
