This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Workday professional with strong functional knowledge and configuration experience to support, enhance and optimise the organisation's Workday platform. Key Responsibilities Support, maintain and enhance the Workday HCM platform across the organisation. Undertake hands‑on Workday configuration, system improvements and ongoing optimisation. Work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions. Troubleshoot functional issues, investigate system challenges and implement improvements. Support Workday releases, testing, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
