Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer and upgrade Red Hat OpenShift clusters
- Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Monitor cluster health, performance and capacity
- Troubleshoot OpenShift platform pod networking and storage issues
- Implement security policies, RBAC and compliance controls
- Support CICD pipelines and application deployments
- Work closely with DevOps infrastructure and application teams
- Perform patching, backups, disaster recovery and automation
- Ensure platform stability, scalability and availability
- Maintain platform documentation and SOPs
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker Containers
- Experience with Linux system administration
- Understanding of cluster networking, ingress routes and services
- Experience with YAML, Helm and OpenShift templates
- Knowledge of RBAC security policies and secrets management
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK)
Good To Have Desired Skills
- Experience with CICD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Argo CD)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with service mesh (Istio)
