Our client require a Site Manager for our new Luxury Residential Development in the heart of Bondi Junction. Looking for a Senior Site Manager to work with our onsite construction team.

Our client require a Site Manager for our new Luxury Residential Development in the heart of Bondi Junction. Looking for a Senior Site Manager to work with our onsite construction team.
Duties Will Include
- Establish a detailed programme, and schedule works and manage contractors and staff
- Manage site operations, ensure safety standards are maintained and site is clean and presentable.
- Organise, review and ensure all site documentation (inductions, SWMS, purchase orders, supplier invoice processing, plans and drawings) is up to date.
- Lead weekly Toolbox talks with construction team.
- Respond to site specific RFIs.
- Provide a weekly report to project managers.
- Supervising and instructing labourers where required on site.
- Work hours are Monday to Saturday.
The successful candidate in this role will require the following:
- Degree/Diploma in building/construction, or other recognized tertiary or trade qualification in a construction related field.
- Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high pressure environment.
- Proven high level of professionalism, maturity and candour in daily work ethic.
- Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
